We have 5 users — what happens at 6?
The moment you add the 6th user, your account moves from Starter to Small business. All 6 users bill at CHF 3 per user per month (CHF 18/month total), plus usage costs. Every user pays the same flat per-user rate.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Month-to-month billing only. Cancel anytime with no penalties and no lock-in.
What does "cost + 15%" mean?
We do not mark up third-party usage costs to inflated retail rates. We pass them through at our negotiated cost plus a 15% handling fee that covers billing, integration, and support. No hidden margins. You can audit it.
Why a credit card on the Starter tier?
The HRMS software is genuinely no-platform-fee. The card is only charged for third-party usage (AI, email, SMS, signatures, storage). If you don't use these services, you're never charged.
Why is Bluewoo so much cheaper than competitors?
We charge CHF 3/user/month for the software itself. Competitors charge CHF 8–25/user/month for similar features. We keep costs low with modern architecture, automation, and pass-through usage pricing instead of inflated per-seat bundles.
Where is my data?
Switzerland by default, Germany on request. Enterprise gets data residency in your region of choice (CH / DE / EU / EFTA). Data does not leave EU/EFTA. AI learning happens within your tenant — your data stays yours.
Can I migrate from another HRMS?
Yes. CSV import for all data is supported on every tier. Enterprise customers get assisted migration from any major HR system.
