Today we're launching Bluewoo HRMS publicly — an AI-native HR platform purpose-built for European companies of 1–150 people. No platform fee for 1–5 users; CHF 3 per user per month for 6–50; usage costs passed through at our cost + 15%. Hosted in Switzerland by default; data never leaves EU/EFTA. The launch follows a year of build-in-public development and centres on the closing-the-loop AI assistant HeyBlue.

- Pricing: free up to 5 users, CHF 3/user/month for teams up to 50, Enterprise above
