HeyBlue is the product. We design every feature with the AI assistant as the primary interface, not a bolt-on chatbot. If you've watched competitors paste a generic chatbot next to their existing UI and wondered 'why not start over?', you'll fit here.

Built in Switzerland, hosted in Switzerland, governed by Swiss data protection law. Customer trust is the moat. We over-invest in security, residency, and audit trails because European SMBs require it — and because it's the right thing to do.
End-to-end ownership
Tiny team means real ownership. You ship features end-to-end — from Postgres schema to NestJS API to Next.js UI to Cloud Run deploy. No five-person handoff chains, no Jira theater. The trade-off: you have to be senior enough to operate without scaffolding.
Meaningful impact
European SMBs underserve themselves with HR software because incumbent platforms target enterprise budgets. We're building for the 1–50-person companies who deserve better tooling. The work matters because the customers we serve aren't already well-served.
